About Me:

I'm Nicole, a 29-year-old American girl living in Tokyo, Japan. I moved here in April 2013 to be an English teacher in Japanese schools. I was a teacher for 4 1/2 years before quitting in preparation to be a mommy :) I am expecting my first child in January 2018.

I have been interested in Korean and Japanese beauty products since 2015 when I finally started to care more about my skin! Aging signs will do that! Since then I have been spending way too much money and trying out any products that peak my interest. I've tried out almost all of the cult favorites and then some. Now, I'm focusing on Japanese skincare specifically and my favorite skincare product: sheet masks, or "pakku" as they are often referred to in Japanese. This is how the blog got it's name. "Pakku" is Japanese-English for pack, as in a face pack!

Here I will be reviewing and recommending Japanese masks as well as other beauty products made in Japan or produced by Japanese brands. I will also throw in a little Korean beauty, because why not? I hope you'll stick around and enjoy my posts! ^^
